Getting Started
We've simplified the setup process but there are still a few things to prepare in your system before you can use the Block Vendor functionality. You'll find everything you need to know in the Setup section, but here's a summary of the steps needed.
- You will need to setup and assign a new permission set to those users you want to be able to unblock the vendor. You can use an existing permission set or create a new one.
- You must complete the Vendor Approval tab on the Purchases & Payables setup.
- You will need to create a configuration template for the fields on the Vendor or Vendor bank account that you want the Blocked field to be updated for.
